What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form or the chat, or sign up for our newsletter, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message. Chat messages are sent to Cass by text and email so she can reply to you. Appointments are booked through Vagaro; its own privacy policy applies on those pages. Health history forms are collected separately, before your session, and are never part of this website.
How we use it
To answer your message, to confirm and remind you about appointments, and, if you signed up, to send occasional news about treatments and promotions. We do not sell or rent your information.

This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. No analytics data identifies you personally.
