Medical history review
A health history form is sent to you after booking. A clinician reviews your history, allergies, past treatments and medications to keep you safe and to tailor recommendations.
Initial assessment and goals
We discuss your aesthetic goals, your lifestyle and your current skincare routine to build a plan that is realistic and fits into your life.
Skin analysis with OBSERV 520x
In-studio sessions include imaging of your skin on the surface and in the deeper layers.
Education and expectations
A detailed explanation of each recommended treatment, including how it works, potential side effects and expected timelines for results.
Your Aesthetic Strategy Plan
A personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and adapts to your lifestyle, emailed to you.
Consent and scheduling
After your questions are answered, Cass outlines next steps, obtains consents, and schedules appointments and follow-ups to monitor progress.
Virtual sessions
In person and virtual appointments are available. After booking your virtual session, please send photos of your skin with your face freshly cleansed, hair pulled back, in good lighting, from all of the angles shown. Well lit and no makeup, please.
Skin and health forms are sent to you when you book. Please complete them 24 hours before your appointment.
The treatment
What it is
A 45-minute session with Cass, in person or virtual. Whether your journey begins with a facial, a laser treatment, physician-supervised peptide options, or simply the right skincare routine, you leave with a clear path forward. The $99 fee is credited toward your first treatment.
How it works
A health history form is sent to you after booking. In the studio, Cass evaluates your skin on the surface and in the deeper layers with the OBSERV 520x skin imaging system, talks through your goals, lifestyle and current routine, and explains each recommended treatment: how it works, possible side effects, and realistic timelines.
Results and recovery
A personalized Aesthetic Strategy Plan, emailed to you, that addresses your unique needs and adapts to your life. Consents and scheduling happen at the end of the session, so your first treatment can be on the calendar before you leave.

Is this a consultation?
Yes. The Aesthetic Strategy Session is the consultation at Clear and Sexy Skin: a review of your history, skin imaging, your goals, and a written plan, with the fee credited toward your first treatment.
Is the $99 really credited toward treatment?
Yes. The session fee is credited toward your first treatment.
Can I do it virtually?
Yes. Virtual sessions are available. After booking, send photos of your skin from all angles, freshly cleansed, hair pulled back, in good light, so Cass can assess before your call.
What is OBSERV 520x?
A skin imaging system that shows what is happening on the surface and in the deeper layers of your skin: texture, pigmentation, redness and more. It is used at in-studio sessions.
Do I need a session before every treatment?
Not necessarily. It is recommended before your first treatment if you have not been seen by Cass. If you choose not to have an Aesthetic Strategy Plan, a treatment consult will be provided prior to your treatment.
Before your visit
- Complete the skin and health history forms sent to you, at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Arrive with a bare, freshly cleansed face and no makeup.
- For a virtual session, upload well-lit photos from all angles beforehand.
After your visit
- Watch your email for your Aesthetic Strategy Plan.
- Book the first treatment on your plan; the session fee comes off that visit.
